How long does it typically take to build a home with Location Homes?
From the moment you reach out to us, and considering the details of your plans and site, it usually takes about 12-18 months to design and build your dream home.
Is it possible to tweak a floor plan if we like it but want a few adjustments?
Of course! We're a design and build company, so we can mix and match elements from different plans or designs you like to create your perfect dream home.
What type of homes do you build?
We build all kinds of homes, whether it's a cozy 2-bedroom house, a spacious family home, or a multi-unit building.
Do you build homes designed by an architect?
Yes, if you have a home designed by an architect, we can not only manage the project and complete the construction based on the plans, but we can also provide you with a total cost estimate for the build.
Will I have a dedicated project manager during the build?
Yes, for all our new build homes, we allocate a dedicated project manager to oversee the build journey. They will communicate with you throughout the entire process. This ensures that you are kept informed and involved at every step, addressing any questions or concerns you may have, and making sure that the project stays on track and meets your expectations.
I have a steep sloped site, do you have a design for this?
Absolutely! We have a variety of plans that are perfect for sloped sites.
How much does it cost to build a home?
Building a home can vary in cost depending on a bunch of different things. You might get different numbers from friends, family, or other builders, but it really comes down to factors like materials and your selections, site elevation, home size, and location.
Are your homes energy efficient
Our homes incorporate advanced building techniques, high-performance insulation, energy-efficient windows, and state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems. Do you offer a warranty on your homes
As a member of Master Builders, our homes are backed by a 10-year Master Build guarantee.

Our team can give you a ballpark figure for our standard plans to help you get started with your lending provider. We can also point you towards a reliable local lending provider to chat about your options.
