What was once a single dwelling site required us to undertake a significant transformation. We had to remove the existing home, and then proceed to subdivide the land into two separate sites. This process was not without its challenges as the site required several design alterations to comply with local regulations, including meeting the site coverage limits and adhering to the daylight angle requirements to ensure adequate natural light for the new homes. After overcoming these hurdles, the end result was the successful creation of two modern, double-story townhouses, each designed to offer comfortable and stylish living spaces for the new owners.
