The ultimate in affordable luxury, these multi-level apartments are superbly designed for modern urban living. A ground floor courtyard leads up to elevated, spacious living areas. Featuring warm timber elements, including a wall of storage cupboards in the kitchen and built-in entertainment unit. Full-height glass doors to the living area open out to a balcony with glass balustrade.

All three bedrooms feature built-in robes and floor to ceiling glazing. Two bathrooms feature high quality fittings, including heated towel rails, and natural stone tiling for textural interest. Additional recess cupboards in hallways ensure spaces can be left uncluttered, so all feel spacious, light and airy.

As one of New Plymouth's first medium density housing projects, this project maximised the use of land which was previously used as a car parking space for residents who lived next door. The development transformed an under-utilised area into a vibrant residential space, providing much-needed housing solutions in a growing community. The complexity of the site, which is located up a steep narrow driveway, meant that access to the site was restricted for our team of builders and contractors. This presented unique logistical challenges that required innovative solutions, careful planning, and precise execution. Through determination and ingenuity, we successfully completed the project, setting a new standard for urban development in the centre of New Plymouths CBD.
