With its carefully chosen finishes, it's all about character and individuality. image: https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-021-1.jpg --- ![Design and build New Plymouth](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-001-1.jpg?width=1300&height=867&name=locationHomesAndersonWay-001-1.jpg "Design and build New Plymouth") # Anderson Way  4 Bedroom  |  2 Bathroom  |  1 Living  |  190 sqm This family home is best described as a modern sun-filled home. The kitchen, dining, and living areas open up to a large deck, which is ideal for outdoor entertaining or watching the kids play outside. The pitched ceiling in the living room adds to the sense of space. While cleverly designed storage space transforms a cupboard into an office area where a computer and paperwork can be easily accessed when needed and stored away and hidden when not. The exterior of this house, which is primarily black and white, is given character with copper downpipes.   ## Gallery [![New design and build home New Plymouth](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-006-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-006-1.jpg) [![Design and build New Plymouth](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-012-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-012-1.jpg) [![Design and build Taranaki](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-007-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-007-1.jpg) [![Design and build ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-021-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-021-1.jpg) [![Design and build New Plymouth](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-038-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-038-1.jpg) [![Bespoke design and build home](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-017-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-017-1.jpg) [![Bespoke design and build home](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-011-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-011-1.jpg) [![Bespoke design and build home](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-033-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-033-1.jpg) [![New Home](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-024-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-024-1.jpg) [![House plans](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-025-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-025-1.jpg) [![Bespoke design and build home](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-008-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-008-1.jpg) [![New home build ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-013-1.jpg) ](https://locationhomes.co.nz/hubfs/Completed%20Houses/Anderson%20Way/locationHomesAndersonWay-013-1.jpg) ## Design and Build Enquiry When you choose to design and build with Location Homes, you're guaranteed a home that has been built uniquely for you.
