The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential projects. Initially offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-residential developments and custom home builds from concept to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and updates
• Ensure compliance with building codes, consents, and safety regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You

• Proven experience in residential project management, preferably in medium-density developments and custom builds
• Strong knowledge of building codes, consents, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
