2. Experience in new home builds.
3. Trade qualification.
4. Strong commitment to quality work and high standards.
5. Ability to work well within a team environment or work independently.
6. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
7. Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
8. Valid NZ driver's license and reliable transportation.
